Management
Fiona Rowden
Fiona Rowden is the Director of The Old Dairy Farm Nursery which opened in January 2018. Fiona has a level 3 qualification in Childcare and is very passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and the fantastic start it offers to children.
Rachel
Rachel is a deputy manager. She is working toward her Level 5 qualification currently and has been with us since the doors opened in 2018. She is also DSL.
Becky
Becky is our nursery manager. Becky has a Level 5 qualification in Early years and is our DSL and SENCO. Becky has been our manager for almost 3 years and is a vital part of ODFN.
Erin
Serena
Erin is a Deputy Manager and holds a level 3 qualification in Childcare. Erin is also Lambs room leader and joins us with many, many years of experience and passion.
Serena is our Under Two manager. She is also Ducklings room leader and is DSL and SENCO.
