What Happens When I Apply?
Upon receiving your application, we will have an initial phone call or a teams meeting (dependant on position applied for) to get to know you a little better.
You may then be invited in for a trial session and these are run either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. At this stage, we will ask you to provide copies of identification and your DBS Certificate (if you hold one).
After a successful trial, candidates will be asked to complete an application form and provide copies of their qualifications, where necessary. All staff are required to provide 3 references in their application form.
A formal job offer will always be subject to 3 satisfactory references and a clear DBS check*. If you do not already hold a DBS certificate on the Update Service, we will request one for you.

*Staff members will never be left with the children unsupervised, without a qualified member of the team, until their DBS has been received and references have been checked.
