Pre-School Room Leader

We are looking for an experienced minimum level 3 qualified, pre-school room leader to join our friendly team. You will be leading and over-seeing our two pre-school classrooms incorporating an outdoor / forest school approach to early years education.

Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children, you will be providing an exciting and inspirational child led approach. You will be someone who is dynamic, mature, experienced, and focused on delivering excellent standards of care and a natural ability to work as part of a team. You will need to be able to use your initiative and time manage your day effectively to ensure the smooth running of our nursery.

Knowledge and passion of the Reggio Emilia approach and forest school would be beneficial.
